Who we are
Dossette Rx Pro is provided by PharmSoft Solutions Ltd, company no. 17296407, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
This notice explains how we use personal data about pharmacy staff who use Dossette Rx Pro, pharmacy owners who buy it, and people who visit our website or contact us.
If you are a patient: your pharmacy decides how your information is used and is responsible for it. We only store and process it on the pharmacy's instructions to run the service. Please read your pharmacy's own privacy notice, or ask your pharmacy, about your rights.
What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We use these trusted providers to run the service. Each is bound by a contract to protect your data.

We may also share data with our accountant, or where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK. Where a provider handles data in the USA, we rely on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the ICO's International Data Transfer Addendum.
Cookies. The app uses only essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each pharmacy's data is kept separate, and access by our staff is limited and logged.
Your rights and how to contact us
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to limit or stop using it, or to move it to another provider. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We will update this notice if our practices change and show the new date at the top.
